How to Return an Item
- Ensure your item is unworn, in its original condition, and includes all tags and packaging.
- Fill out the return form included with your order.
- Package your return securely and ship it back to us.
Return Policy Details
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the return process and note your preferred exchange item in the return form.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
